07FAQ

Your questions, our answers

A deadline coming up?

VAT, CNSS, annual accounts: call us before the deadline passes.

06 64 60 82 47

What documents do I need to set up a company?

Usually: a copy of each partner's national ID card, the desired company name (with two or three alternatives), the registered office address (lease or domiciliation contract), the planned activity and the share capital. We draw up the full list for your case at the first meeting.

Sole trader or SARL — what's the difference?

The auto-entrepreneur status is a simplified regime with a turnover ceiling and a flat-rate tax. A SARL is a separate legal entity that keeps your personal assets apart from the business and lets you grow and work with companies and public contracts. We help you choose based on your activity and turnover.

Does a dormant company still need accounts?

Yes. Even without activity, the company must still file its tax returns and financial statements, or face penalties. If the project has stopped for good, the best option is to dissolve and deregister the company.

How is a company deregistered?

Through a dissolution decision and the appointment of a liquidator, then liquidation accounts and final tax returns, and finally removal from the trade register and closure with the authorities. We handle the entire procedure.

What about CNSS returns?

Every employer must be affiliated with the CNSS and declare its employees and their wages each month via the Damancom portal. We file the monthly declaration and remind you of payment deadlines.

How are fees set?

According to the service and the size of the business (volume of transactions, number of employees, tax regime). We give you a clear proposal before any commitment; a monthly flat fee can be agreed for bookkeeping and returns.
